What is the SWOT Approach

The Specific Work Output Team (SWOT) is a dedicated team of resources allocated to a client to perform a specific function within their business, using their own resources as the foot soldiers.

In most cases, clients simply do not have the resources or expertise to focus on a specific project or to coordinate efforts to reach a certain output. The Compliance Group will provide your company with such a resource or resources, to coordinate the efforts of your personnel and manage the process to achieve your goals.

A typical example from on of our clients who utilise this service, would be the revision of their operational control documentation. The client does not have the resources to coordinate and schedule review sessions, take notes, make amendments, circulate the documents, obtain approval, communicate and implement the revised versions. Our SWOT team resource coordinates all these required actions for you. Another would be where a client needs to drive a certain campaign, project or initiative, but requires a neutral person to oversee and facilitate the process, whether it be safety, production, services etc.
