Business & Functional Process Optimisation
Starting with the value chain of your organisation, we set out to detemine each process, function and activity that supports your value chain, deemed Level 0. As we progress down the supportive processes deemed Level 1, Level 2 etc, we establish an adequate organisational design and plan for your required resources.
For each process, we follow the ISO (Input, Process, Output) approach, aligning and optimising each function and activity to facilitate smooth information structuring, data management and flow from department to department.
